On the 6th of October 2009, Standardization Administration of China (SAC) has published the < National Standard of the P.R.C., Automotive Headlamps with LED Light Sources and/or LED Modules > (G/TBT/N/CHN/6865) in order to ensure raffic safety.
Article 5.10 of this standard is recommended, the rest are mandatory. The contents of mandatory items are the optical properties, test methods and inspection rules of automotive headlamps with LED light sources and/or LED modules.
The proposed date of adoption will be 90 days after circulation by the WTO Secretariat, and this will entry into force 6 months after the adoption.
