| The < Regulation for Compulsory Product Certification> which approved by the AQSIQ by the 26th of May is published at the 3rd of July, 2009, and will be taken into force from the 1st of September, 2009. [No. 117, AQSIQ] The regulation has 6 articles: 1. General Provisions, 2. Implementation of Certification, 3. Certificate and Certification Mark, 4. Supervision and Management, 5. Penalty Provisions and 6. Supplementary Provisions. In this regulation, it is classified the content and methods of Compulsory products Certification, also stipulate the format, content of the certification and the style and types of the certification marks. The CCC certificate is valid for 5 years. This regulation will be taken into force by the 1st of September and the < Regulation for Compulsory Product Certification> published by the 3rd of December 2001 will be abolished simultaneously. |
